A is for Atlantic

All rivers run to the sea they said in primary school, citing Ecclesiastes for evidence; and the Camel is no Biblical or geographical exception.  By the time it reaches Polzeath the water carries silt and debris from upstream, down from where it rose on the moor and rushed through the valley.  Calmed by estuarine widening near its end, it merges almost imperceptibly with the never-still ocean between Pentire and Stepper point.
